What size should I order? / How do your shirts fit?
We print on Comfort Colors 1717 tees, which have a relaxed, unisex fit with a slightly roomy feel.
Order your usual size for the intended relaxed fit. Size down for a closer fit, or size up if you prefer it oversized.
Every product page includes a full size chart with garment measurements. For the best match, compare those measurements to a shirt you already own and like.
When in doubt, measure first.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, Smiling Ninja ships within the United States and Canada.
We're keeping things focused while we grow - but international shipping is absolutely part of the plan. Survivors everywhere should be able to wear what this brand stands for. We just want to get it right before we open more borders.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it from our production partner all the way to your door.
We know waiting on a package can feel like its own kind of recovery - so we'll make sure you always know where yours is.

What is your return policy
The “We’ll Make It Right” Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or we sent the wrong item, tell us - we’ll get it sorted.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
- Please keep the item in its received condition while we review your request.
- Requests submitted after 30 days aren’t eligible.
You survived the hard stuff. Customer service shouldn’t be one of them.
